Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 July 2026

Agreement

By creating an account or using VeenCard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. VeenCard is operated by VeenCard Ltd.

The service

VeenCard provides a platform for creating and sharing digital business cards at personal URLs. Features vary by plan. We may update or modify features with reasonable notice.

Plans and pricing

VeenCard offers the following plans, all billed annually in GBP:

Prices are per card, per year. Volume discounts apply automatically at the Team and Business tiers. All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes. VeenCard reserves the right to change prices with 30 days notice.

Billing and payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the payment method provided for your chosen plan. All paid plans auto-renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive an email reminder before each renewal.

For Team and Business plans, billing is centralised: one invoice covers all cards in the account. The account owner is responsible for payment on behalf of all team members.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund on new subscriptions where the service has not been used in a way that indicates abuse. Renewals are not eligible for refunds. See the Refund Policy for full details.

Non-renewal and team cards

If a paid plan is not renewed, the account reverts to Free tier at the end of the paid period. For Team and Business plans, all team member cards in the account will revert to Free tier. Cards at veencard.com/username remain accessible to visitors but will show the VeenCard branding and lose premium features. Card URLs are not immediately reassigned but VeenCard does not guarantee their continued reservation beyond the paid period.

Free plan card links

Your card link at veencard.com/yourname remains yours while your account is active, including on the Free plan. VeenCard will not reassign an active account's card link. If an account is deleted or dormant for an extended period, the link may become available to others.

Acceptable use

You must not use VeenCard to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

Your content

You own the content you add to your card. By adding it, you grant VeenCard a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it as part of operating the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you post.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We may update these terms and will notify users of material changes by email.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeenCard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
